Dr. Kara Carapella received her Doctorate in Chiropractic, as well as her Masters in Applied Clinical Nutrition from New York Chiropractic College were she graduated as a member of the Phi Chi Omega Honor Society. Dr. Carapella focuses on the underlying causes of dysfunction and disease, and takes a ‘whole person’ approach to health care. She promotes patients taking an active role in empowering themselves in their personal health through chiropractic care, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.
Dr. Carapella has advanced training in RockTape Myofascial Movement Taping, and Sacro-Occipital Technique. In addition, she is certified in Webster Technique, a protocol used to restore biomechanical function of the pelvis for women who are pregnant.
Dr. Carapella is an active member of the American Chiropractic Association (ACA), New York State Chiropractic Association (NYSCA), and the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) where she is currently pursuing Certification by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP).

Dr. Erica Wise received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 2011. After
practicing for many years in Baltimore, she decided to move home to be closer to family.
Dr. Erica has 10 years’ experience rehabilitating patients who suffered traumatic injuries with a variety
of chiropractic and soft tissue techniques. Outside of trauma rehabilitation, she enjoys seeing a variety
of patients from children to senior citizens. She is currently undergoing training in the Webster
Technique in order to expand her knowledge of pregnancy related pelvic dysfunction. She enjoys
helping her patients improve their physical health through an individualized approach to chiropractic
care.
